A simple bedtime tool

Sound that follows the room.

Evennight is designed for noise that rises, fades and returns. Choose a responsive masker or a steady sound for your room.

01

Adaptive

Listens for changes around the phone and gently adjusts the masking sound. Audio is analysed live on the device and is not recorded.

02

Steady

Continuous masking when you prefer a fixed sound. Steady mode does not need microphone access.

03

Calibrated for your place

Save up to three named setups for your bedside, a guest room or travel. Reuse them without recalibrating every night.

Why changing noise matters

What wakes us is often the change.

In a five-night home study covering more than 11,000 vehicle pass-bys, awakening probability rose with both the sound's peak level and how quickly it rose. Laboratory studies also find that faster-rising traffic sounds can shift sleep toward wakefulness more quickly than gradual ones.

Evennight's Adaptive mode maintains a low masking floor, listens for a rising low-frequency approach and gently lifts the masker as nearby sound rises. The aim is to soften how sharply an event stands out from the room; timing and results vary.

Evennight has not been clinically tested. Research on continuous masking is mixed, and higher masking levels can disturb sleep. Use the lowest comfortable volume.
